The units at Glenfield Grange are quality built with each unit having its own unique layout.  The design and layout of the units and the entire village gives each resident space and more importantly privacy.  One of the common reason people say they enjoy living in the village is that they enjoy the sense of space, peace and quite that the village has.

Each unit is unique in its design and allows a number of options for a layout which may suit your needs.

One Bedroom unit

This floor plan has proved to be extremely popular as it allows the resident to create a totally different internal layout and personality than the more usual box-like units present. It is extremely functional and provides considerable outdoor space as well.

As is the case within the Village overall, this plan is simply one of a number of plans all of which may vary in a number of ways.

One Bedroom with study

This 112m2 dwelling is an extremely functional unit providing direct access into the dwelling from the garage as well. The main bedroom is quite large and the second bedroom being smaller can either be used as a bedroom or as a study. This is an easy-to-live in unit for one person because of its practical layout.

Two Bedroom unit

This particular unit has the benefit of considerable separation between the living and sleeping areas and enjoys the benefits of a separated toilet area within the bathroom. Two bedroom units form the majority of the dwellings within the overall village and there are some 38 different floor plans and variations which come on the market from time to time.

Three bedroom unit

This large and easy to manage dwelling is a very flexible design as it allows the resident to use it either as a three bedroom dwelling, a two bedroom with separate study or even as a two bedroom unit with a separate dining area.
